>Mobile Data Accessing

mobileData Just an update. I’m looking at a couple of options. It looks like I’m going to rearrange my network at home and create a NAS over 1.2 TB.

I’m looking at , , as well as a solution. All of the options include Authentication from a windows domain, Web access, FTP access, Mapping drives, and of course WebDav.

If anyone has any comments on WebDav, I’m very much interested in hearing from them. I’m looking to secure it with SSL certificate of course. Positive and Negative comments as well as “Watch out for” comments are appreciated.

The picture is of a Mobile of Data. I sometimes wonder if I have too much time on my hands.

I have a Windows 2003 server at home with IIS running a WebDAV ‘site’ secured over SSL.

I can access it anywhere and don’t have to worry about people sniffing my password on entry.
